Room amenities could have used a microwave in every unit, as there were reports of requested microwaves not being delivered, leading to meals that fell flat. Housekeeping seemed hit or miss, evidenced by some linens not being replaced regularly, and there were no bathtubs in the king rooms, which feels like a missed opportunity for a proper soak. The air conditioning blasted cold air in the hallways, making transitioning from a warm room a bit jarring.

The breakfast was a highlight, featuring hot eggs, sausage, and fresh options, although the Texas Toast was too large for the toaster. The pool was a great amenity, perfect for families. However, there was no extra roll of toilet paper in the room, and I had to hunt for ice on a different floor due to a malfunctioning machine. During my stay, I loved being so close to both Great Hills Park and Baby Acapulco, which made my weekend city strolls really enjoyable, and the spacious room added to the comfort of returning after a long day out. although the hotel could improve on the management side, as it felt a little understaffed at times.
